Fade Sun Damage & Smooth Texture with Skin Resurfacing
Sun damage, uneven texture, fine lines, and scarring show up differently on every complexion, so real results come from matching the right technology to your skin, not applying a one-size-fits-all treatment.
Laser & RF Skin Resurfacing for Every Skin Type
Our skin resurfacing treatments work at every depth, from quick, no-downtime refreshes to deeper renewal. Virtue RF Microneedling and CO2 Laser Resurfacing rebuild collagen from within to treat fine lines, scarring, and texture, while MoveoGlo, SmoothGlo, IPL, Pico Laser, and Carbon Laser Peel target pigment, redness, and dullness for a brighter, more even complexion. Whatever your skin needs, there’s a treatment here built for it.
Virtue Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling
Microneedling Meets Radiofrequency
Fine lines, scarring, uneven tone, and enlarged pores respond well to Virtue RF Microneedling, one of today’s most in-demand treatments, with little to no downtime. Microneedles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin while radiofrequency energy flows through them, stimulating your body’s collagen production for natural and long-lasting results. The treatment is fully customizable for comfort, typically takes about 20 minutes for a full face, and works well across all skin tones and types. Most clients see initial results within a few weeks, with full benefits appearing over 4 to 6 weeks, and a series of 3 to 5 sessions is recommended for the best outcome.
Revive RF
Gentle Radiofrequency Renewal
Mild wrinkles, skin laxity, and body cellulite respond well to Revive RF, a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment that heats targeted tissue through three electrodes to stimulate collagen production and tighten skin over time. It’s completely painless with no downtime, delivers immediately visible results, and pairs well with treatments like laser or microneedling for even more noticeable improvement. A typical plan runs weekly sessions for up to 8 weeks, depending on your provider’s recommendation.
CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing
Deep Renewal, Layer by Layer
Treat fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, and scarring at the source with CO2 laser resurfacing, available in three options: CoolPeel, CoolPeel Fusion, and Helix Fusion. Each option works at a different intensity and reaches different skin depths, from a quick surface refresh with little to no downtime to deeper renewal for more noticeable tightening, texture refinement, and scar improvement. During a complimentary consultation, our Nurse Practitioners will assess your skin and recommend the option best suited to your goals.
MoveoGlo
Pigment, Redness & Tone in One Session
Pigment concerns, redness, and early fine lines are treated in one comfortable session with MoveoGlo, a laser treatment that combines pigment correction, vascular therapy, and skin revitalization using an in-motion delivery method. The gliding technique feels similar to an ultrasound, with little to no downtime, making it an easy fit even with a busy schedule.
SmoothGlo
Multiple Technologies, One Treatment
SmoothGlo treats acne scarring, dark spots, and rough, stubborn texture in one session by combining radiofrequency microneedling and IPL. The microneedling works below the surface to build collagen and smooth scarring and uneven texture, while IPL targets dark spots and discoloration for a clearer, more even complexion. Most people return to normal activities right away, though some redness, swelling, or minor scabbing can occur for a few days as the skin naturally heals. Your provider will confirm during a complimentary consultation whether it’s the right fit for your skin.
IPL Photofacial
Fade Sun Damage and Discoloration
Age spots, sun spots, freckles, rosacea, and broken capillaries respond well to IPL, a light-based treatment that targets pigment and blood vessels beneath the skin’s surface without damaging the surrounding tissue. Sessions typically run 15 to 30 minutes with only a warm, prickling sensation, and most people see redness fade within a few hours, resuming normal activities the same day. Shallow pigmentation and sun spots can improve in as few as one or two sessions, though 2 to 6 sessions spaced a few weeks apart is typical for full results.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Bella Answers
Still deciding if skin resurfacing is right for you? Here’s what our clients ask most.
Do you require an in-person consultation or medical clearance before skin resurfacing treatments?
Yes — we always start with a complimentary, in-person consultation with one of our Nurse Practitioners before any rejuvenation treatment. This gives us the chance to discuss your goals, examine your skin, go over your medical history, and build a treatment plan with clear pricing and payment options before you commit to anything.
What is the difference between each of the skin resurfacing treatments you offer?
We have a lot of options based on your concerns and goals.
For CO2 skin resurfacing, we like to give clients three options — Light, Medium, and Deep — plus a few non-ablative alternatives, depending on the results you want and the downtime you’re willing to experience.
- CoolPeel is our Light option: a true “refresh” that resurfaces just the outermost layer of skin (the epidermis), smoothing minor texture, brightening dullness, and softening fine lines with essentially no downtime.
- CoolPeel Fusion is our Medium option — it takes that same CoolPeel base and adds a second, non-ablative 1570 nm wavelength that drives heat deeper into the tissue without creating additional surface injury, giving you a more robust collagen response for a bit more downtime.
- Helix Fusion is our Deep option and the most transformative of the three — it combines a more aggressive CO2 pass with that same non-ablative wavelength to reach the depth of the dermis, which is what it takes to meaningfully improve deep wrinkles, perioral “barcode” lines, surgical or acne scarring, and significant sun damage.
Beyond the CO2 family, we also offer the following resurfacing options:
- SmoothGlo: RF microneedling paired with IPL for tone, texture, and volume in one session
- MoveoGlo: a gentler in-motion laser for pigment and vascular concerns on the body — chest, arms, legs
- IPL Photofacial: targeted pigment and redness correction with no downtime at all.
- Carbon Laser Peel
- PiQo Laser Facial
At your consultation, we’ll help you match the right treatment, or combination of treatments, to your specific skin and goals.
How long do skin resurfacing results last?
Because these treatments work by stimulating your own collagen and elastin, results don’t show up all at once — they continue to improve for months after your appointment as your skin quietly rebuilds itself in the background. Most clients maintain their results with an annual or semi-annual touch-up, and we’ll help you build that maintenance plan based on your skin and goals at your consultation. How long the improvement holds depends on the level of treatment you chose, your skin, and how well you protect it afterward with sunscreen and a skincare routine.
Does skin resurfacing hurt?
Comfort depends on which level you choose, and we always prepare your skin and numb the treatment area beforehand so you’re as comfortable as possible. CoolPeel, our Light option, is very well tolerated — most clients describe it as a warm, prickling sensation, similar to a light snap. CoolPeel Fusion is a bit more intense since we’re going a little deeper and adding that non-ablative pass, but it’s still very manageable with topical numbing. Helix Fusion, our Deep option, involves the most sensation since we’re treating all the way down to the dermis, so we take extra time with numbing and pacing to keep you as comfortable as possible throughout. Whatever level you choose, your provider will walk you through exactly what to expect before we ever start.
What is downtime like and what does post-care look like?
Downtime scales with how deep we treat.
- CoolPeel typically means about a day of sunburn-like redness and maybe a little swelling under the eyes — most clients are back to normal the next day and can even wear tinted sunscreen right away.
- CoolPeel Fusion runs about 3 to 4 days of swelling, redness, and some temporary bronzing before you’re back to wearing tinted sunscreen and going about your routine.
- Helix Fusion, our Deep option, involves the most recovery — typically 6 to 7 days of downtime, with swelling that can last 4 to 5 days.
No matter which level you choose, we never just send you in for a laser and send you home. We prep your skin beforehand with hydrating facials and a personalized skincare regimen (because well-hydrated skin gives a much more even, effective result). Afterward, we send you home with a complete post-treatment kit, and follow up with you afterward so you always feel supported through the healing process.
Is skin resurfacing safe for all skin types?
Yes, but the level and type of treatment matters — that’s exactly why we don’t just walk anyone straight into the laser room without a proper consultation first. Ablative CO2 treatments carry a higher risk of hyperpigmentation for deeper skin tones when the wrong energy level or aftercare is used, so we carefully assess your Fitzpatrick skin type and tailor the treatment level accordingly, choosing the settings and depth that will give you the best results with the lowest risk. For clients who want resurfacing benefits with an even gentler approach, options like MoveoGlo and IPL are designed to be comfortable and effective across all skin tones. Whatever your skin type, we’ll build a plan around it — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
