SERVICES
Smooth Fine Lines & Restore
Volume with Injectables
Smoother lines, restored volume, smoother skin, a look that’s still unmistakably you. Our injectables are performed by board-certified Nurse Practitioners who treat every face and body differently, because every face and body is.
Facial Balancing with Injectables
As skin is exposed to sun, pollution, and everyday muscle movement, collagen and hyaluronic acid naturally decline, leading to fine lines, lost volume, and changes in skin texture. At Bella Viságe, our approach combines wrinkle-relaxers like Jeuveau and Dysport with dermal fillers and collagen-building Sculptra to create a natural, youthful appearance. This combo is what the industry calls a Liquid Facelift because of how effective it is!
Neurotoxin
Wrinkle Relaxers to Smooth Fine Lines
Neurotoxins like Dysport and Jeuveau soften fine lines across the forehead, between the brows, or around the eyes, without freezing your expression. This fast, simple, and relatively painless treatment blocks the muscle signals that cause those lines to form, with results showing in 24–48 hours, settling in fully within two weeks, and lasting up to three months.
Dermal Filler
Restore Volume Instantly
Dermal filler restores lost volume in the cheeks, lips, or around the mouth with precision, smoothing hollows and softening lines while keeping your features balanced and natural. We use Restylane® and Restylane Silk®, hyaluronic acid fillers that draw water into the treated area to add volume and fullness with a soft, natural result. Restylane Silk® is formulated specifically for subtle lip enhancement and smoothing fine lines around the mouth.
Sculptra
Natural Volume Replacement
Unlike traditional fillers that add volume right away, Sculptra works with your body over time, gently stimulating your own collagen production for results that build gradually and last well beyond a typical filler. It’s a good fit if you’ve noticed your face losing fullness or firmness and want a natural, long-term approach rather than a quick fix.
Bella Cellulite Treatment
Natural Skin Tightening
Cellulite forms when fibrous bands under the skin pull down, creating that dimpled look, so smoothing it takes more than surface treatment. We combine targeted injections with a series of relaxing radiofrequency sessions to soften those bands and improve skin texture over the following weeks, with results that build gradually and last.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Bella Answers
Still deciding if injectables are right for you? Here’s what our clients ask most.
Do you require an in-person consultation or medical clearance before injection treatments?
Yes — we always start with a complimentary, in-person consultation with one of our nurse practitioners before any filler treatment. This gives us the chance to discuss your goals, examine your anatomy, go over your medical history, and build a treatment plan with clear pricing and payment options before you commit to anything. If a medical condition or medication raises a flag, we may ask you to get clearance from your physician first.
What is Sculptra and how is it different from fillers or neurotoxins?
Sculptra is a biostimulator made of the same type of biocompatible material used in dissolvable sutures; it prompts your body to build its own collagen. Unlike neurotoxins that relax muscles, and unlike gel fillers that add immediate volume, Sculptra gradually restores structure by stimulating collagen in the areas where it’s placed. The result is soft, natural-looking facial rejuvenation that looks like you—just refreshed. Because your body creates the new collagen, you’re left with your own tissue rather than a gel product.
How long do Sculptra results last, and where is it used?
Results typically last significantly longer than neurotoxins and most fillers—FDA research shows the collagen you build can last at least 25 months. Your treatment plan is customized to your unique pattern of volume loss, commonly addressing the “apples” of the cheeks, temples, jawline, and areas around the mouth to reduce hollowing and laxity. Because the outcome comes from your own collagen, the look is smooth, natural, and tailored to restore youthful proportions rather than add obvious bulk.
What are dermal fillers and what concerns do they address?
Dermal fillers are a gel, made of hyaluronic acid (HA) that we inject into areas where volume has been lost. Hyaluronic acid lives in every cell in your body, and its job is to hold moisture in your tissue. Once injected, the HA attracts water and hydration to the area, which is why results actually look even better about two weeks after treatment than they do on day one. This has been the second most requested cosmetic procedure for over a decade, and for good reason: it gives an immediate, natural-looking lift with very little downtime. Common treatment areas include lip enhancement, cheek volume, jawline contouring, chin projection, softening of the nasolabial folds and marionette lines, or under-eye hollowing. During your consultation, we’ll map out exactly which areas will make the biggest difference for your specific concerns.
Which filler types do you use and why?
We use hyaluronic acid–based dermal fillers like Restylane and Versa because HA is naturally found in every living cell and is the safest, most predictable option available — plus it’s fully reversible if needed, which isn’t true of every filler on the market. We also offer Sculptra, a bio-stimulatory, poly-L-lactic acid–based treatment, for clients who want to rebuild collagen gradually rather than add immediate volume.
Botox vs. Dysport vs. Jeuveau vs. Xeomin vs. Daxxify—what’s the difference in these neurotoxins?
Botox and the others listed are simply “name brands” for formulations of botulinum toxin type A. Think “ibuprofen” and the various labels that make it. Each product is manufactured and purified a bit differently, which can influence onset, spread, and individual preference. Some newer options tend to feel faster in onset. Others are favored for a refined, “precise” feel.
We’ve chosen Dysport and Jeuveau because of their reliability and affordability. Jeuveau even offers a rewards program, which we can enroll you in to redeem those benefits for you automatically. We make it easy to capture every available savings on your transformation journey!
Am I a good candidate for injectables based on my goals, skin, age, and medical history?
The best way to know is a complimentary consultation with one of our nurse practitioners. As we age, we naturally lose volume — starting at 21, you lose about 1% of your collagen supply every year, so by 50 you’ve lost close to 29%. Fat, muscle, and even bone mineral density decline too, which is what leaves the face looking deflated. During your consultation we’ll review your goals, your skin, and your full medical history to build a plan that’s right for you.
Do the injections hurt? Is there downtime or post-care?
Treatments are quick and designed to be comfortable. We use ultra-fine needles and a gentle technique, and most guests describe the sensation as a few quick pinches. You’re in and out in about half an hour, a short enough appointment you can even drop by on your lunch break. Visible signs are minimal—sometimes a few tiny “moustache-tip” bumps that fade within minutes, and occasionally a small bruise. There’s no true downtime, and your provider will go over all post-treatment care instructions with you so you know exactly what to expect!
Are fillers safe for all skin tones (Fitzpatrick I–VI)?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler is safe and effective across all skin tones and Fitzpatrick types, since it isn’t a light- or heat-based treatment — there’s no risk of the pigment changes you sometimes see with certain laser or energy-based devices. Our providers do watch closely for early bruising and swelling on all skin tones and adjust aftercare guidance accordingly.
