Eleven years ago, Bella Viságe began as a small spa in Downtown Lakeland—but what grew from it was so much more. It became a sacred space for transformation. For healing. For becoming. And it all started with Jeanna Parker, a woman who didn’t just build a business—she rebuilt herself.

After pouring into her career, her family, and her community, Jeanna realized what so many women feel but rarely say out loud: You can’t pour from an empty cup. So she began the work—investing in her own health, confidence, and purpose. She lost 90 pounds, rediscovered her joy, deepened her faith, and reimagined what life could look like when you stop surviving and start thriving.

Now, as a Nurse Practitioner and serial entrepreneur, Jeanna leads a team of compassionate, skilled professionals who believe what she believes: When a woman invests in herself, she becomes unstoppable.

“Dr. Buchanan’s practice philosophy is patient-centered, customized care…assessing each patient individually and reviewing in detail their specific goals and objectives”

Dr. Dallas R. Buchanan is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He practices a wide range of cosmetic surgery and focuses the reconstructive portion of his Tampa practice on breast cancer reconstruction. He has been published in multiple textbooks and medical journals on topics ranging from facial aging and cosmetic surgery to body contouring and breast surgery. He completed 8 years of residency training after medical school to hone his surgical skills and expertise.

His practice philosophy is patient-centered, customized care. He assesses each patient individually and reviews in detail their specific goals and objectives. He then creates a unique approach for each patient that may include surgical or non-surgical treatments. His expertise lies in staying up to date on the most cutting-edge technology and techniques to give each patient the best outcome.

If you’ve visited Bella Viságe lately, you’ve likely felt the calm confidence, bright spirit, and quiet excellence that radiates from our Spa Director, Irina Hernandez.

She’s the one making sure every guest feels seen and every detail runs seamlessly. Whether she’s welcoming you at the front desk, guiding our team through a packed schedule, or answering a late-night client text with grace—Irina leads with strength, sincerity, and sparkle.

But her story didn’t start in the director’s chair.

Back in 2019, Irina first walked into Bella as a high school student—just a teenager booking a laser hair removal appointment. Driven, articulate, and wise beyond her years, she casually mentioned her dream of becoming a plastic surgeon. We saw something rare even then: poise, clarity, and a warmth rooted in deep family values.

At the time, we were searching for a bilingual front desk coordinator. One conversation with Irina, and we knew: this is the one. When we offered her the position, she accepted on the spot—and so began one of Bella Viságe’s most inspiring journeys.

What started as an entry-level role quickly evolved. Irina’s natural leadership, unmatched work ethic, and grace under pressure propelled her forward. She traded her original medical school plans for a calling that was already unfolding—one built on service, care, and human connection.

Today, Irina is not just our Spa Director—she’s the culture carrier, the systems builder, the one who remembers your story, your skincare goals, and your favorite coffee order. Her impact is everywhere: in the joy of our clients, the unity of our staff, and the pulse of our daily operations.

And when she’s off-duty? She’s raising fainting goats, sipping on Starbucks, and accessorizing everything in shades of pink. Her personality is as memorable as her leadership—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Ashley Villarette

Nurse Practitioner

Ashley is a Florida native and a board certified adult gerontology advanced practice nurse. She began her career in nursing, working in the intensive care unit.

Ashley is a Florida native and a board certified adult gerontology advanced practice nurse. She began her career in nursing, working in the intensive care unit. She has practiced in various areas of nursing including the operating room, chronic and acute care, vascular procedure, and most recently Aesthetic medicine. Ashley received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in 2007 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College in 2015. Ashley’s combination of clinical education and experience provided a strong foundation to allow her to excel in aesthetic medicine. Ashley has made it her mission to keep up with the newest and most advanced techniques in aesthetics. Ashley prides herself on listening to each client’s goals of treatment and bringing their goals to fruition. She also likes to counsel/educate clients on skin care and prevention of premature aging.

Away from the office Ashley loves to try new foods, travel, learn, and spend time with friends and family including her husband Steve, their four children, and their family dog.

A certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) since 2014, Inga brings a rare blend of skill, heart, and sparkle to our team. Though she’s quick to downplay her shine, her dedication to mastery, client education, and holistic wellness is undeniable. Her background spans aesthetics, wellness, hormone therapy, and lifestyle medicine, making her approach to rejuvenation truly comprehensive.

Inga’s journey into aesthetic medicine began in Tampa, where she fell in love with the transformative power of aesthetic artistry. In 2024, we were fortunate enough to welcome her to Bella Viságe, where she quickly became a constant source of five-star reviews, client trust, and team inspiration.

Her favorite tools — Tox, hyaluronic acid fillers, and the Helix CO₂ laser — allow her to craft subtle, sophisticated results that restore both confidence and vitality. To Inga, it’s not just about looking better — it’s about feeling better, inside and out.

When she’s not lighting up the spa, you’ll find Inga living life to the fullest: putting family first, championing fitness and well-being, traveling, and soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors.

Lisa Drollette

Director of Aesthetics

“Lisa Drollette is a licensed Aesthetician with 10 years of hands-on experience, and before that, spent 12 years working in Dermatology specializing in Skin Cancer.”

Lisa Drollette is a licensed Aesthetician with 10 years of hands-on experience, and before that, spent 12 years working in Dermatology specializing in Skin Cancer. Safe to say — she takes your sunscreen seriously, and now so will you! That clinical background gave her a deep understanding of just how vital daily skincare truly is, and it shapes everything she does at Bella Viságe.

Lisa’s greatest passion is education. She believes that when clients understand how products actually work with their skin, the results speak for themselves. From building personalized treatment plans to being available to her clients day in and day out, she is committed to making sure every single person walks away with both glowing skin and the knowledge to maintain it. Because no two people’s skin is the same — and Lisa wouldn’t have it any other way.

Originally from Connecticut, Lisa made the move to Florida twenty years ago with her family. The difference in sun exposure between north and south? She sees it on skin every day — and it only fuels her mission to educate clients on sun protection. She and her husband have been married thirty-three years, are proud parents of three grown children, and Lisa spent her early years pouring herself into raising them — bringing that same warmth and dedication to every client she sees today.

Michelle Wilson

Microblading Specialist

Michelle joined the Bella team 6 years ago as a receptionist while completing her Aesthetician training.

Michelle joined the Bella team 6 years ago as a receptionist while completing her Aesthetician training. She is not only our Lead Aesthetician but also serves as our Director of Aesthetics. “It’s the best feeling to come into work every day knowing that I love what I do and who I work for. Sorry Mark & Jeanna… you’re stuck with me (Michelle)!” Before being an Aesthetician, Michelle worked at a series of different chain restaurants while she was in high school and taking college classes. The last one was Chick-fil-A, where she learned her extraordinary customer service skills and why she still unconsciously responds “my pleasure” to anyone who thanks her. She attended Ridge Technical Academy in Winter Haven and has held a Facial Specialist License for over 5 years.

Michelle is also trained in Microblading/Microshading and has held a Tattoo Artist License for over 4 years. She chose to be an Aesthetician because she was very interested in doing makeup professionally for weddings, proms, etc. As she was in school, she became more interested in skin/skincare and grew to love making people feel beautiful in their skin. It can be a very rewarding profession once you see those amazing before and afters! Michelle continued her love for makeup by becoming skilled in microblading/microshading and adopting that as her signature craft.

How did our lovely Michelle even find us?? Michelle was in school to be an Aesthetician, leaving her resume at multiple spas/salons that she would come across. One day she was getting her hair done next door at Liquid Hair Studio, her stylist was telling her about Bella Viságe and how it would be a lovely place to get her foot in the door. She took her stylist’s advice and after her appointment she went to grab the one resume she had in her car, walked in, introduced herself to the woman at the desk, and left her information. She received a call the next day from Jeanna for an interview and the rest is history!

Fun fact! Michelle gave birth to her firstborn in January and she has just come back from maternity leave. His name is Michael Aaron Wilson Jr. and she is loving being his momma and entering this new chapter of her life.

Becca Tyler

With over six years of experience as a licensed medical aesthetician, Becca has earned her title as Bella Viságe’s Lead Laser Specialist through skill, dedication, and an undeniable sparkle that lights up the room (and the laser suite).

Becca’s specialty lies in laser treatments, and her absolute favorite? IPL—because nothing beats seeing years of sun damage vanish while restoring skin clarity and confidence. Her go-to skincare line is Skinbetter Science, and she’s as passionate about the science of skin as she is about the art of personal transformation. Whether she’s performing laser hair removal, guiding a client through their first laser series, or crafting a full rejuvenation plan, Becca’s mission is simple: help every client feel powerful in their own skin.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their skin goals at Bella, Becca’s life revs into a different gear—literally. A Harley-Davidson enthusiast through and through, she owns one herself and even teaches others how to safely handle these fast and powerful machines. It runs in the family—both of Becca’s parents are riders, and the open road has always felt like home.

Becca also leads Bella’s community outreach program, forging relationships with local tattoo and microblading artists to spread awareness about our advanced tattoo and cosmetic ink removal services. She’s helping clients remove the past to make room for a fresh canvas, both physically and emotionally.

Oh—and did we mention she loves rock concerts, tattoos, church, and sketching in her free time? Becca is the definition of authenticity, blending grit and grace in everything she does. She doesn’t just work at Bella Viságe—she helps shape what makes it extraordinary.

Ashleigh’s passion for aesthetics was born from personal experience.

That journey shaped her purpose—to help others feel confident, informed, and empowered in their own skin. Every client who steps into her treatment room feels her heart for transformation and her dedication to results.

She’s known for her calming presence, compassionate approach, and attention to detail. Her clients describe her room as a judgment-free space where they can relax, open up, and truly feel cared for. Ashleigh loves performing results-driven treatments like the Glo2Facial, which delivers both instant glow and long-term improvement. Her must-haves? SPF and AlphaRet Clearing Serum—her go-to duo for radiant, healthy skin.

Outside the spa, Ashleigh channels her creativity into sewing, crafting, and experimenting in the kitchen—especially when turning her favorite recipes gluten-free. Most of all, she loves spending time with her toddler and family, taking evening walks, and nurturing her faith. Amberlyn Davis

Our beautiful and fun loving Aesthetician, Amberlyn, knew as soon as she walked through Bella’s doors, that this is the place she wanted to hang her hat.

As we sprang into the 2023 New Year, Amberlyn joined the Bella Team and we are ecstatic to watch her grow! She worked at Massage Envy prior and she is an alumna of Aveda Institute, where she attained her license as a Full Specialist Aesthetician. She grew up in Plant City and made the move to Lakeland to get a change of scenery. Her interest in the industry originated in cosmetics, but transitioned to aesthetics because she wanted to learn how to manage her eczema and achieve a radiant complexion without the use of makeup. Amberlyn has a passion for sharing what she learns with others! She is a kitty mommy of two, recently engaged and her favorite part of a facial is hot towels.

Outside the spa, Angel is a devoted wife and mom who understands the importance of balance, intention, and showing up fully in every role. Her personal health journey and dedication to running 5Ks and 10Ks have shaped her disciplined, long-term approach to growth — both personally and professionally.
